In this article I want to give you some more insights into how you could transform your life and build a better lifestyle. But first you are going to need a pen and paper to take some notes. It will also be a good idea if you pause at the appropriate times as you read these notes to answer the questions.
1. The most important thing is to have a good understanding of your personality type. This will give you insights into how you get into flow.
2. Then you need to get clear on your passions and your interests.
3. Then you need to elicit your values hierarchy and understand what is important to you in life, relationships and career.
4. And then you need to have a fair idea of the environment in which you would flourish.

Let’s say that you had $200.00 deposited into your bank account everyday so that you did not have to worry about money. Having that income security in place I would like you to consider these questions:
1. What lifestyle would you build for yourself?
2. Where would you live?
3. What is the environment in which you would flourish? Environment includes where you live in the world and your social and work environments.
4. What type of people and who specifically would you spend more time with?
5. What would you do?
6. What would you not do – or do less of?
7. If all you had to focus on was getting that $200.00 each and every day deposited to your Bank account then what would you have to do?
1. Do you know what to do?
2. Is it self initiated and maintained? That is, are you the one who is solely responsible for managing the project or does it rely upon some external variable such as luck?
3. Can you do it or do you know someone who can help you or do it for you?
4. Do you know the steps and stages?
5. Have you got an action plan?
6. Do you have a way to monitor your progress?
7. Do you know what holds you back – and how to deal with that?
8. Do you have both the internal and external resources?
So you have your present state and you have your desired outcome. Is the desired outcome compelling? At the end of the week if you were able to look back on having lived your ideal lifestyle would that make it the best week of your life ever – or are there some modifications and improvements you would still need to make?
1. What frames of mind do you need to hold?
2. What changes do you need to make?
3. What decisions do you need to make?
4. What do you need to think about when you go to sleep at night?
5. What are the thoughts that you need to hold in mind when you wake up in the morning and face the new day?
So as you progress through each and every day and you look back on how you spent your time and what you achieved you should do a quick analysis and preserve the positive learnings and then take those learnings and put them into the future – such that you become a learning machine. No matter how small the learnings – acknowledge those learnings and then apply those learnings as soon as you can. In this way you will be able to make incremental progress towards your goals – and with time those incremental learnings will compound and you will find that your progress gains momentum.
