How I Reversed My Osteoporosis by 31%

You have an enormous source of power within you

I was first diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2017. I write these notes in December 2024. I am a 69 year old English man. I take all the recommended supplements for osteoporosis. Since my last bone density scan about 14 months ago my supplements remained the same except for taking 3 strontium capsules rather than one. I also took 3 months of an Epstein Barr Virus homeopathic from Belgium. Laborlife 2LEBV.

I had experienced a lifelong problem with constipation. I used to do an enema once a week or so, and then if I missed a morning bowel motion I would take a 1/4 teaspoon of magnesium oxide and then another at lunch time if necessary. Then I started taking Actilax (synthetic inulin) on a daily basis but after a few months the Actilax gave me SIBO. I did the antimicrobial protocol for 2 months which made an improvement but then I decided to use the same NLP Hypnosis procedure that I use with my clients to help them stop drinking alcohol and banish food cravings for unhealthy foods. After a couple of days the SIBO was healed.

I had been taking a range of probiotics for years but then in the last couple of years I did more research and bought a range of expensive probiotics. Then to save money I started fermenting the probiotics in coconut water in a jar on my kitchen benchtop. I drink about a ¼ of a glass with some supplements about half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every night I top up the jar with more coconut water – so that there is a constant fermentation process.

About 10 years ago I started losing weight and I am now very skinny. So my understanding is that the gut is not absorbing the nutrients from the food to build muscle and bone density. According to my unconscious mind the improvement in my gut health occurred with the SIBO and then using the NLP Hypnosis to banish the SIBO.

I have used ideomotor signalling on a daily basis for decades to have a conversation with my unconscious mind. According to my unconscious mind most of my health problems are related to the gut health. In my experience ideomotor signalling is a good way to test for food and environmental sensitivities and it helped me to reverse my osteoporosis.

Bone Mineral Densitometry
(I was first diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2017)

Femoral neck (BMD 0.526)  (T-score -3.0) (Z-score -1.8)
AP Lumbar spine ((BMD 0.624)  (T-score -4.2) (Z-score -3.4)

December 2024
Femoral neck (BMD 0.690)  (T-score -1.8) (Z-score -0.6)
AP Lumbar spine ((BMD 0.663)  (T-score -3.9) (Z-score -3.0)

Bone scan results indicate a 31.3% increase in BMD values in the femoral neck. And a 6.2% increase in BMD values in the lumbar spine.

These Are The Supplements That I Take

30 Minutes Before Breakfast
Magnesium Malate 400mg

Immediately Before Breakfast
Calcium Citrate 200mg ½ tsp

30 Minutes Before Lunch

Magnesium Taurate 125mg
Magnesium Threonate 48mg
Probiotic beverages

Immediately Before Lunch
Calcium Citrate 200mg
MK-7 Vit K-2 oil lozenges 180mcg

30 minutes Before Dinner
Liposomal Vit C 2gms
Magnesium Glycinate 88mg
Magnesium Orotate 50mg
NAC ¼ tsp
Quercetin with Bromelain
Probiotics

Immediately Before Dinner
BioGest digestive enzymes
Curcumin
Silica

Two Hours After Dinner (before bed)

How To Ferment Probiotic Beverages

The fermentation of probiotics is easy - you need an old clean coffee jar with a plastic lid. Plastic lids do not rust. Break open a probiotic capsule and drop the powder into the jar. Add half a cup of coconut water. Screw on the lid. A couple of days later you should see signs of fermentation.

If you are new to fermenting then you could start by adding a teaspoon of fermented kefir water to the coconut water (buy the kefir water from a health food shop). Once you can see and smell that it is fermenting then break open a capsule of your favourite probiotic and add the powder to the beverage. After 2-3 days taste a small amount - it should smell okay and taste a bit acidic. Drink some of the beverage everyday and then in the evening top up the jar and leave to ferment overnight. It is an ongoing process.
