What is the Quit Smoking Marijuana Course About?

People smoke cigarettes and marijuana, drink alcohol, gamble, eat chocolate, binge eat and waste time on social media and television because they are trying to suppress a negative emotion like boredom, loneliness and anxiety – and on the other hand they are trying to bring in a positive state like relaxation and confidence – or trying to give themselves something like love or nurturance.

Cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol, gambling, food and social media are often used as way to take time out, distract yourself and quieten the mind but the relaxation that comes with these items is accidental and may come at a great cost.

The activities in this course are carefully sequenced to help you create a framework for working with your unconscious mind and communicating to your unconscious the outcomes that you desire to achieve. Part of that process is learning to hold intelligent conversations with your unconscious mind using questions, statements and commands such that you communicate to your unconscious mind to turn down thoughts that no longer serve you - and to access resource states and have those resource states be available to you in all the situations when you should need them. In doing so you learn to move from the back seat into the drivers seat of your life.

In the Discussion Group you will have the opportunity to network with other students and participate in intelligent discussions.

About the Course

1. No prior knowledge of NLP or hypnosis is required.

2. The course is structured in a procedural manner. You are encourage to work your way through the course one step at a time - making sure that you complete each activity before moving onto the next. This may involve reading a webpage, watching a video or listening to an mp3.

3. You have the freedom to complete the course at a pace that suits you.

4. The learning materials are provided online and you can type in your notes on the webpage and come back to view them later.

5. The Discussion Group gives you the opportunity to hold conversations with other students such that you can get your questions answered, deepen your understandings and practise your skills.

Overview of the Course

1.1 We start with the Seven Secrets of Success which sets the framework for personal change work.

1.2 Then you get an introduction to Future Selfing - which is a simple yet effective NLP goal setting procedure.

1.3 You learn how to map out your present state and your desired outcome - and the steps and stages that are required to take you from your present state to your desired outcome

1.4 Once the foundational work has been done then we get into the self hypnosis and you learn how to elicit ideomotor signals with your unconscious mind. This is a powerful tool that you can use on a daily basis for your entire life.

1.5 And then you learn a fancy NLP technique called the Mind Director Control Panel which you can use to blow out the thoughts that trigger the desire to smoke marijuana.

1.6 Then you learn how to use a sophisticated script called Abby's Banishing Technique to communicate to your unconscious that you want to banish the marijuana once and for all.

1.7 And then to top it all off there is a self hypnosis mp3 that you can listen to.

1.8 Once you learn how to banish marijuana you will have a basic set of tools to banish any bad habit.
