Humourous Photographs from Malaysia
Photographs that I snapped with my Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7.0 while on an excursion to an area just east of Kualur Lumpur, Malaysia. I love travelling. If possible I would just move from one location to another, only ever returning to my home Australia when necessary. I love new things, I love difference, I like the feeling of not knowing where I am, of being overwhelmed, of not being able to read or understand the language, of not knowing what might happen next.
When I look at things in my home town they look pretty ordinary to me. When I go somewhere totally different I am enthralled. I guess it is probably much the same for everyone. I remember getting a bus back from the Gold Coast Airport to my home in Burleigh, and on this occasion there were a Japanese couple who had just got off the plane, and I could see by their faces that they were enthralled by a glimpse of the ocean from the Tallebudgera Creek bridge. There has to be a learning in that for me? What we accept as ordinary may be fascinating to another. What we accept as ordinary about ourself may be of value to others.
It has been years since I owned anything that resembled a camera and since playing with the Samsung Tablet I am looking forwards to buying a Canon 7D.
