BE THE ACTION HERO OF YOUR OWN LIFE I have always enjoyed good action films such as the Jason Bourne trilogy. I find that I naturally identify with the hero character, the intrigue, the strategising, the perseverance, determination and the quick call to action - and wish that I could be like this in my everyday life. So as a reminder to myself to access and mobilise the attributes of the archetypal hero that lie deep within me (and within you) I set myself the task to play act this role.
