Introduction
In a sitting type of meditation such as Vipassana and Zazen, one just sits and becomes a dispassionate observer to the breathing, to the body and to the mind, but what actually happens for each meditator will be different and will vary between meditation sessions. The meditator’s awareness may be focussed on a single element in the body or at a specific distance from the body. It may range from a narrow focus to a broad expanse of awareness; there may be self talk or there may be silence; there may be images or not. In addition, the meditator may be associated into an experience or dissociated from it. They might be thinking about something or a dispassionate observer to it.
Meditators sometimes report a ‘shift’ during meditation but what actually occurs during that shift, and can a shift be facilitated? Why is it that some people struggle to understand what meditation is about while others seem to naturally have the knack? Is each person’s inner terrain totally unique or do we share a similar inner territory? If we share a similar territory, and if one explorer has already reached a ‘destination’, and if that explorer kept a map, then it should be possible for others to reach the same destination, as long as the map represents precisely the territory which it pertains to represent.
So in the world of spirituality, how good is that meditation procedure really? It might be 2,500 years old but is it a perfect recipe? Does it contain elements that are unnecessary or is it missing some key elements either in the procedure itself or in the training required to follow the procedure?
In this publication you will learn specific tools and techniques to help you explore more of your consciousness and at a faster rate. If you are on the path to enlightenment then you know that time is of the essence - meditation requires an urgency and an intensity.
Learn how to clear a negative emotion with the Bliss Technique.
Use the Bliss Technique to systematically explore your consciousness.
“When I explore the quadrant directly above my head, I get images of heaven, angels, chariots, golden light and a silvery light. Sometimes I hear the sound of angels singing. If I move an image of myself out into the distance until the image disappears into the ‘light’ then I get a feeling of peace. Then the image of myself in the ‘light’ moves back closer to me bringing the peace closer.”
Learn how to use the Bliss Technique for mind-body healing.
Learn the Vastness Meditation.
“While practising the Vastness Meditation during one of my meditation classes I experienced the following: I was exploring the vast darkness over my right shoulder, behind me, over my left shoulder, to either side, above and below, and so on. The technique loosens the mind’s identification with the body’s perception of space and time and you sometimes feel as if you are just a consciousness in space. I tried reaching into the space with my physical body but it did not feel right. Obviously, because the physical body is designed to explore physical space. I then explored the space with my mind but it still felt limited but when I began to explore the vast space around me with my heart the experience became profound.
At first exploring the space in front of me felt ecstatic, similar to that of sexual orgasm. I then felt as if I was moving rapidly forwards. The feeling of ecstasy changed to a feeling of dying. I then felt as if I had entered heaven where I touched the face of God.
The See Through This technique gives you a procedure for moving through the layers of the mind towards your centre.
"During a workshop one participant had a headache. After the See Through This Technique the head ache had disappeared."
"A client said to me, “Maybe people have to go through their stuff to develop an understanding before getting to peace.” As she said that she gestured with her hands in front of her body and then progressively further away, as if marking out a series of steps that she needed to complete before getting to peace. Why get involved with the content of those steps? If you know the physical location of the steps in respect of your body; if you know the direction of those steps then why not go directly for the peace rather than deal with the content? If you know where peace is then why not just see through the other layers and associate into the peace?"
The Drop Through Technique gives you a systematic procedure for rapidly dropping through layers of the mind towards states of peace, love, godliness, oneness with all, and 'the light'. Learn how to move away from peripheral layers of the mind and move directly towards the centre of your being.
Sleep meditation: In this fast paced world where time to formally practise meditation is a premium, sleep provides one of your greatest opportunities to practise your hypnosis and meditation. Learn how to make suggestions to your unconscious mind for you to drop down from the waking state of consciousness into the layer of dreaming, into deep sleep and into the fourth layer beyond deep sleep.
“I get a sense of the black void. It is deep and bottomless. I see myself as a light floating down through the void. Then other lights arise. I drop pass those lights and then at a greater depth I see a big light coming into view. I see my light merge with the big light and allow the big light to expand. I repeat this procedure a number of times then I do it associated into the light, as follows:
I start by getting a sense of the black void. I see myself as a light and then I associate into the light such that I am the light and the light is me. As the light I feel myself floating down through the void to where the other lights are, and then continue to float down and merge into the big light, and then allow myself as the big light to expand, bigger and bigger.”
Learn how to use the Core Outcome Chain to follow a chain of states, from a negative state towards a resource state such as peace, love, godliness, one with all and 'the light'. This procedure is easy, fast and effective. It has applications for dealing with bad habits - including substance abuse, negative emotions, attitude, self concept, and exploring consciousness.
You will also learn how to amplify and utilise a resource state to heal the past and provide a resource for the future.
You also get some very important and fundamental instructions on how to meditate, stop your thoughts and facilitate a no-mind state.
"An excellent book. This is the book that I wish that I had written."
